Andrew Ouvrier is a partner in the firm’s real estate department.  His practice focuses on the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties, including “green” leasing and cell site leasing, for a wide variety of landlord and tenant clients, including institutional investors and entrepreneurial individuals and entities.  He also regularly represents institutional landlords in the ongoing management of office projects and retail shopping centers.  He has lectured on a variety of leasing topics, including guest lecturing for graduate students at USC.

In addition to representing a broad selection of institutional and entrepreneurial tenants in both office and retail leases, Andrew has extensive experience in representing landlords in office leasing in projects totaling over 10 million square feet of space, including a 2.65 million square foot office portfolio in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington, a 2.25 million square foot project in Century City, California, a 2.21 million square foot project in Chicago, Illinois, a 950,000 square foot project in Long Beach, California, and a 900,000 square foot project in San Francisco’s SoMa district.

Multi-building Office Leasing.

  • On-going leasing in connection with a 2.65 million square foot, multi-building office building portfolio in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington.
  • Representation of an institutional landlord in connection with the leasing of over 250,000 square feet of office space in a five building project to a leading technology manufacturer near Cupertino, California.
  • On-going leasing in connection with two-building office campus on exclusive Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, California.
  • On-going leasing in connection with five-building office and film-production campus in West Los Angeles, California.

Office Leasing.

  • Representation of tenant in its lease of 286,000 square feet of office space in Seattle, Washington.
  • Representation of an institutional landlord in connection with the lease of approximately 122,000 square feet of space to major technology company for its headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
  • Representation of a national residential mortgage company tenant in its lease of 78,000 square feet of space in Westfield, Indiana.
  • Representation of an institutional landlord in connection with the lease of approximately 86,000 square feet of office space to a leading file-hosting service at the historic China Basin project in San Francisco, California.
  • Representation of an institutional landlord in connection with the leasing of approximately 72,000 square feet in Bellevue, Washington with major technology tenant.
  • Representation of a major institutional tenant in connection with its lease of approximately 36,000 square feet of office space in the Embarcadero Center, in San Francisco, California.
  • Representation of a national institutional investor in connection with a multi-phase assignment and amendment of office space for a 194,000 single-tenant building in Burbank, California.
