Kathleen Hogaboom is a partner in the firm’s real estate department.  Ms. Hogaboom’s practice focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions, including the representation of private and institutional investors, and owners and developers in connection with the acquisition, development and financing of residential and commercial real estate properties.  Ms. Hogaboom’s practice also emphasizes the negotiation and structuring of complex commercial leases.

Ms. Hogaboom’s experience includes a wide range of asset types, including land for residential planned community development and retail, research and development and office properties.

  • Representation of a private builder in the formation of numerous joint ventures with various institutional investors focused on the acquisition and development of residential real property and construction of single and multi-family dwelling units
  • Representation of an institutional commercial landlord in the leasing of approximately 300,000 square feet of office space to a single high-tech tenant
  • Representation of an institutional commercial landlord in the leasing of more than 185,000 square feet of office/R&D space to a single alternative energy tenant
