Steven Shapiro (Partner-Chicago) was recently asked to serve as a judge for the 2012 Corporate Governance Awards given out by Corporate Secretary Magazine. Mr. Shapiro joins a handful of other notable attorneys who have been asked to serve as judges in a number of categories such as: rising star, most innovative CSR disclosure policy, best use of technology by a corporate secretary or general counsel; and best legal team in an M&A transaction, to name a few.
