Pircher Partners Moderating at the 17th Annual IMN Winter Forum - Jan. 22-24, 2020
Pircher partners Alexis Alonzo, David Packer and Michael Ray will be moderating separate session panels at IMN’s 17th Annual Winter Forum on Real Estate Opportunity & Private Fund Investing, Jan. 22-24, 2020 at the Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach, California. A strong contingent of the firm’s attorneys will also be in attendance at the three-day conference, which has become a highlight of Pircher’s annual calendar.
On Wednesday, Jan. 22, at 11:30 a.m., David will be leading a panel entitled “State of the CRE Finance Market 2020.” Panel participants will include: Alan Todd, managing director and head of U.S. CMBS strategy, BofA Global Research; Jake Lehmkuhl, EVP and senior director of real estate, California Bank & Trust; Bryan Shaffer, principal/managing director, George Smith Partners; Jay Rollins, president, JCR Capital; and Thomas Whitesell, EVP and group head of real estate, Pacific Western Bank.
On Thursday, Jan. 23, at 12:15 p.m., Michael will be leading a Track A panel entitled “A Debate: Go Deal-By-Deal Or Launch A Fund In Today’s Climate?” Panel participants will include: Greg Olbrys, co-founder, Alden Street Capital Management LLC; Devin Elder, principal, DJE Texas Management Group; John Reiss, partner, DLA Piper; Andy Huss, principal, FD Fund Administration; and Edward Ratinoff, managing principal, James Investment Partners.
On Thursday, Jan. 23, at 3:00 p.m., Alexis will be leading a Track C panel entitled “Multi-Family 2020 Market Update & Battle of Investment Strategies.” Panel participants will include: Doug Faron, vice president, investments, CIM Group; Michael Schwartz, commercial real estate finance broker, Financial Compound; Richard Kulick, CIO of multifamily housing, Gamma Real Estate; Paul Foye, industry strategies and U.S. real estate practice leader, Marsh; and Frederick Cooper, SVP, finance, international development and investor relations, Toll Brothers.
