Pircher Partners Presenting ALI CLE Panel - June 23

June 2020

Pircher partners, Ariel Robinson and Bill Ticknor, will be a part of a panel presentation hosted by American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) this Tuesday, June 23, 2020. The hour-long panel will cover, “Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreements: Overlooked Issues, including COVID-19 Complications and Other Crisis Planning Considerations.” The online event will be presented in a webcast format from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (10:00-11:00 a.m. Pacific Time).

Ariel and Bill will be presenting alongside Daniel D. Lindgren of Taft. The panel is set to address how to navigate the often complicated world of commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions. Panelists will share strategies for both buyers’ and sellers’ counsel in negotiating and drafting key provisions of purchase and sale agreements (PSAs). In addition, the team will explore emerging issues brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, with an emphasis on how new processes and procedures can insulate future transactions from a number of potential market crises.

This accredited continuing legal education program by ALI CLE will benefit all real estate law practitioners, and general CLE credit will be offered for attendees.
