Experience

Anna S. Ayar joined Pircher, Nichols & Meeks in 2015 and is an associate in the firm's real estate department.

Ms. Ayar represents private and institutional investors, owners and developers in connection with complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions of a wide range of asset types, including office and industrial buildings, and multi-family, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality projects.

Ms. Ayar’s representative transactions include:

  • Representation of an institutional real estate investor in the disposition of over $1 billion of office properties, and over $2.5 billion of apartment projects located throughout the United States
  • Representation of an institutional real estate investor in the acquisition of over $1 billion of apartment projects located throughout the United States
  • Representation of an opportunity fund as the purchaser/landlord in connection with a $320 million sale-leaseback transaction involving 12 retail properties located in ten states in the United States
  • Representation of an opportunity fund as the purchaser/landlord in connection with a $500 million sale-leaseback transaction involving 8 grocery warehouse properties located in five states in the United States
  • Representation of an institutional real estate investor in the portfolio acquisition and financing of (i) 36 industrial properties located in five states in the United States and (ii) 38 industrial properties located in five states in the United States
  • Representation of an institutional real estate investor in the disposition through auction of office, hotel, retail and industrial properties and land located throughout the United States
