John R. Cauble, Jr. joined the firm in 1998 and is Of Counsel in the firm’s real estate department. Mr. Cauble’s practice emphasizes complex real estate transactions and Mr. Cauble is experienced in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings and joint ventures.
For several years, Mr. Cauble was the chairman of the annual finance conference sponsored by the Urban Land Institute (ULI). In addition, he has spoken on joint ventures as well as on real property purchase and sale agreements at various programs.
Mr. Cauble was previously a partner in the law firm of Cox, Castle & Nicholson.
