Whitney V. Strachan joined Pircher, Nichols & Meeks in 2015 and is an associate in the firm’s real estate department. Ms. Strachan represents developers, owners, homebuilders, institutional investors and lenders in connection with complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Further, Ms. Strachan’s practice includes negotiating and drafting development and property management agreements. Her practice includes a wide range of asset types, including industrial parks, office buildings, shopping centers, apartment complexes, data centers, and land for residential development.
